Audacia intends to build a portfolio of senior shared‑living assets in major French cities and has acquired a property in Lyon’s fifth arrondissement for conversion into shared senior housing.
The acquisition was financed with the support of Caisse d’Épargne Rhône Alpes.
Strategic context
The Lyon acquisition marks Audacia's third club deal in shared senior housing, and the manager has also completed its Co‑Living project in Rennes ahead of its planned inauguration in December 2026. The acquisition therefore builds on an established investment strategy rather than introducing a new concept. Buying and converting individual buildings allows the platform to develop a portfolio suited to smaller shared‑living communities.
The commercial proposition depends on balancing residential rent and services with the cost of adapting each property.
