The senior facility supports Nordhafen Living & Office in Berlin's Europacity. The project targeted to complete in spring 2027 combines 150 long‑term rental apartments with office, retail and hospitality space.
Raiffeisen Bank International is the facility agent, with Tatra banka and EXIMBANKA SR participating as lenders.
Strategic context
Nordhafen was JTRE's first German project, with excavation restarting in February 2024 after an earlier interruption and the cornerstone laid this October. The financing now supports the later delivery stage of that market entry. The rental homes provide one source of recurring income within a wider mixed‑use investment, alongside commercial uses with different leasing requirements.
For lenders and equity investors, completing and letting those components in the right sequence will matter as much as the headline financing amount.
