OGH has announced the acquisition of 1111 West 24th Street for its second student‑housing development. Architecture and entitlement work are expected to begin in the coming months.
The company says its first student project, a separate seven‑storey, 240‑bed building, broke ground earlier this year.
Strategic context
Securing the site gives OGH another foothold in the same university neighbourhood as its first project. The next stage is to turn that landholding into a approved student‑housing scheme, so the investment remains exposed to planning, design, and construction costs rather than offering an operating residence today.
