RSJ and Na Jelenách have combined their development interests to prepare a large rental‑housing district in southern Prague. The programme envisages approximately 5,500 homes, with the first phase expected to be deliveried in 2027.
Its projected development value exceeds CZK 50 billion.
Strategic context
Na Jelenach, associated with developer Michal Kocian, brings earlier work on the site and local development knowledge to the partnership, while RSJ adds investment capital and development capacity. The venture builds on that preparation rather than starting with an unassembled concept.
Retaining the homes for rent would allow a common approach to design, management and leasing across successive phases.
