The acquisition comprises Cambridge Village of Apex, The Cambridge at Brier Creek and Cambridge Village of Wilmington, the communities that contain 219, 195 and 222 units respectively. Oliver Development built the assets between 2010 and 2022, and Cambridge Village Senior Living operated them.
The purchase also includes entitled land beside the Apex and Brier Creek communities.
Strategic context
The portfolio was developed around a common wellness‑led operating model, giving the incoming owner and manager an established product across two markets. Solera will assume operations alongside the ownership change, making the management transition part of the investment case.
The adjoining land offers an expansion route within existing campuses.
