Groupe Duval plans to redevelop Lille's former Administrative City into a mixed-use scheme spanning more than 20,000 sqm. The project will combine residential, student accommodation, retail, food and beverage, and cultural uses, creating a new urban destination within the city.
The residential component will include approximately 400 PBSA beds, around 170 units of social and affordable accommodation for students and young professionals, and nearly 90 additional homes across intermediate, social rental, and shared-equity housing tenures.
