ATTRACTING CHINESE STUDENTS TO STUDENT HOUSING
About the Webinar
China is one of the largest source markets of students globally, presenting a significant opportunity for educators and PBSA providers.
In 2022, the US welcomed over a quarter million Chinese higher education students, while the UK hosted over 150,000, achieving a 125% recovery compared to 2019. Australia, Canada, Germany, and France also attract tens of thousands of Chinese students each.
However, understanding and accommodating Chinese students' involves navigating different cultural norms, language barriers, and expectations, which can be challenging for PBSA providers. Therefore, we are excited to announce BONARD’s first-ever webinar dedicated to attracting Chinese students to student housing.
Our COO and founder of BONARD's Asia branch, Igor Skibickij, along with Rented Residential Director, Julia Momotiuk, analysed factors influencing Chinese students' accommodation choices. They shared insights from an exclusive student survey, highlighting preferred amenities, pricing structures, and key considerations.
We invite PBSA stakeholders and educators to join us and learn how to better meet the housing needs of Chinese students, align your product offerings, and improve your recruitment and accommodation strategies.
