The 131 rental apartments will range from 51 to 96 sq m, with 70 homes in the middle‑income segment. Achmea Real Estate acted on behalf of BPL Pensioen in the acquisition from VORM. Construction is planned to begin in Q2 2027 and last approximately two years; the wider scheme also includes 44 homes for sale.
Strategic context
Achmea's recent work with VORM includes its purchase of 517 rental homes in The Hague's SOZA project on behalf of PME Pensioenfonds. The acquisition supports the delivery of the rental component within Dordrecht's Spuiboulevard regeneration. Its mix of regulated middle‑income and other rental homes provides exposure to different rental segments, while construction and handover remain future milestones.
