Capri operates 43 communities in Wisconsin: 25 properties are already owned by Chiara and 18 are held by third parties. The acquisition covers the operating platform, not all 43 properties. Kristin Ferge will lead the combined nonprofit organisation as president and chief executive.
Strategic context
Chiara and Capri have already worked together through previous property transfers and long‑term management arrangements. Taking control of the operating platform brings their existing relationship under a common non‑profit structure while retaining third‑party management activity. The main strategic change therefore concerns operational control and governance.
