The Issy‑les‑Moulineaux office building will be demolished and replaced by a 314‑bed residence of approximately 7,000 sq m. The Boulogne‑Billancourt property will be refurbished into a 232‑bed residence within its approximately 5,000 sq m building. Both projects target NF Habitat HQE Excellent seven‑star certification.
Deutsche Pfandbriefbank's French branch is providing the financing.
Strategic context
The purchases take the partners' French student‑housing platform to seven residences and more than 2,000 beds in less than two years, extending its office‑conversion strategy in the Paris region. They also strengthen Camplus's French expansion as it builds its first operating portfolio in the country.
