The 2,700 sq m building at San Lorenzo 20, comprising 67 student rooms, was sold in an off‑market transaction advised by Tomasa Real Estate.
The historic property is currently operated by Joivy and was previously refurbished in 2014–2015.
Strategic context
The buyer already owns multiple residential properties in central Madrid, making this acquisition an expansion of its existing local footprint.
Having been refurbished and currently operated by Joivy, the building offers an existing source of rental income with a significantly lower development risk than a ground‑up development site.
