Hof Wonen's 251 social‑rental homes form part of SOZA's first phase on the former Social Affairs ministry site. The wider development is planned to include 1,194 homes, with the first handovers expected in 2030.
Strategic context
VORM had already sold 517 homes in SOZA to Achmea Real Estate on behalf of PME Pensioenfonds. Hof Wonen's separate commitment adds a housing‑association buyer alongside the existing pension‑fund capital, helping place the affordable programme in the first phase. The planning framework and environmental permit were finalised in June 2026.
