Immobel assembled the site between 2019 and 2022 for an office headquarters, then secured changes to the local planning framework and developed the revised programme with ADIM (ADIM is part of VINCI Construction). The permit became final in August 2026, and the deed was signed on 30 September.
The sale reduces Immobel's net financial debt by approximately €16.2 million.
Strategic context
The disposal advances Immobel's plan to simplify its portfolio, reduce debt and free capital for projects where it can create more value.
For ADIM, the purchase brings ownership of a permitted development that it helped shape.
