The purchases comprise a 368‑bed residence in Toulouse and a 250‑bed residence in Rueil‑Malmaison, which is scheduled to open for the 2028 academic year. Both were signed as off‑plan purchases, securing the properties ahead of completion.
UrbanCampus named ADIM and Eclisse among its development partners on the agreements.
Strategic context
The acquisitions extend UrbanCampus's French student‑housing build‑out, following its first purchase for the platform in June 2026. Combining a regional university market with the Paris region gives the group a broader geographic base while securing stock for future delivery.
