EXPO REAL 2021: Student Housing – The pandemic and beyond
CEO Samuel Vetrak opened the session with a presentation focusing on recent developments as well as the future outlook for the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) asset class.
The session, held in person as well as streamed online, was open by BONARD’s CEO Samuel Vetrak who shared the latest market data and insights into supply, demand, pipeline, occupancies, rent levels, transactions, yields and other key PBSA metrics.
Samuel was further joined by industry experts Rainer Nonnengässer (Executive Chairman at International Campus Group) and Edvard van Luijn (Director of Acquisitions at Rockfield Real Estate) who shared their views on the industry’s recent developments as well as future outlook.
