France, Auxerre: A new student residence with 170 units in Auxerre is scheduled for 2028

A student residence project is set to be built in the Auxerre train station district. This announcement was made by OAH, the social housing provider, which became AuxR-logis on January 1st. The project will include 170 units in total, 135 of which will be reserved for students. The total cost is nearly €10 million.
