UK, Leeds: 20-storey student accommodation scheme proposed for site of “outdated” Leeds office building

Plans have been revealed to demolish a Leeds office building and construct a new 20-storey student accommodation development. Site owner Jubilee Property Group has launched a public consultation on proposals to replace the outdated Blenheim House office building on Duncombe Street. Its plans include up to 720 student bedrooms across a development ranging from seven to 20 storeys, alongside new landscaping and publicly accessible green spaces.

Spain, Vitoria: RESA announces the opening of its second university residence in Vitoria
