Poland: A new player on the Polish private student housing market

SPEEDWELL obtained its first loan on the Polish market in the amount of PLN 100 million under an agreement concluded with BNP Paribas Bank Polska for the implementation of the Milestone Warszawa Mokotów project. The development will offer 675 beds in 565 rooms and is scheduled for completion before the start of the 2026/2027 academic year.

UK, London: Hopkins gets go-ahead for Vauxhall student towers

US, Clemson: Core Spaces JV Breaks Ground on Clemson Student Housing
