US: Revetas secures mandate to reposition $4 billion real estate portfolio

Austria, Innsbruck: A Home for 173 students opened in Innsbruck

After 20 months of construction, the "GreenInn" opened in Innsbruck on Thursday. The new student residence on Karmelitergasse was built using a hybrid wood-concrete construction method and offers 173 spaces, common areas, and an underground garage with 19 parking spaces.

UK, London: Hadley submits plans for redevelopment of former GSK HQ

Hadley Property Group has submitted plans to deliver a major new retrofit neighbourhood at the former GSK headquarters in Brentford. The company’s proposals for the transformation of 980 Great West Road will see more than 2,300 homes and more than 330,000 sq ft of commercial space built on a 13-acre site. The new homes will comprise a mix of tenures including build-to-rent, co-living and purpose-built student accommodation, 35% of which will be affordable.

US, Glenwood Springs, CO: Senior housing opens in Glenwood Springs

A new 34-unit apartment building for seniors sits adjacent to the Midland Avenue and 27th Street roundabout in Glenwood Springs on Aug. 7. Catholic Charities of Denver is behind the recently completed Benedict Apartments, which is named for late Aspen philanthropists Fritz and Fabi Benedict, who contributed about $2.1 million in housing funds to the nonprofit in the 1990s.
US: Senior living returns outperform all other real estate sectors in first half of 2025

Senior living in the second quarter outperformed the broader expanded NCREIF property index, or NPI, by 85 basis points, with the index posting a total return of 1.23%. Independent living again outperformed assisted living, coming in with returns of 2.15% and 1.99%, respectively in the second quarter.
