France: Greystar expands student housing portfolio in France with Acquisition of 1,000 beds from Catella

UK, London: Fusion and Cheyne acquire Canada Water site for 742 PBSA beds

Fusion Group has exchanged contracts to acquire Plot B at Dockside Canada Water from Art-Invest Real Estate, unlocking plans for 742 purpose-built student accommodation beds and 79 affordable homes. The acquisition is being made through Fusion’s joint venture with Cheyne Capital.
