Construction of the first student complex on the Zernike Campus has started. The building, named Proxima, will have 401 rooms. During the peak period for students, at the end of the summer, these rooms are temporarily double occupied.

Spain, Seville: The controversial La Palmera student residence celebrates its inauguration with a party

The so-called 'Student Event in Seville', for which invitations have been distributed to the various university campuses in the city that must be presented at the doors of the residence to guarantee entry, aims to make students aware of the and their families interested in the facilities. These have a total of 544 beds, divided into studios and double apartments, all with equipped kitchens and private bathrooms.

Plans to build a new accommodation block to house 101 students and additional office space on an empty site by the M32 have been revealed.

UK, London: Knight Frank appointed to sell London’s William Road PBSA site

The Student Property team of property consultancy Knight Frank has been instructed by Receivers to sell William Road, a consented PBSA site located in the Euston area of central London. Knight Frank is offering the purchase of 17-33 William Road and the freehold title of 35-37 William Road, by way of part property and part company share sale. The two sites at have full planning permission for a PBSA development. The site is designed to provide 14-storeys of premium student accommodation with 360-degree views of London from the top floor.

Spain, Pamplona: This will be the new student residence that will be built next to the Missionaries

The Moraval Group will build the new residence on Aoiz Street, which will be operated by its subsidiary Nodis. Specifically, it will have 300 beds, one hundred more than expected at the beginning of 2023, which will be distributed "between individual rooms and shared two- and three-bed apartments," Nodis sources explain to Navarra Capital.

Germany, Dresden: Revitalis sells district development to Valorum

Revitalis Real Estate has sold the second phase of the district development at Wettiner Platz in Dresden to Valorum Holding. A block of buildings with 40 rental apartments and around 2,440 m² of net living space is to be renovated.

The young company Lively would like to focus on the topic of senior housing in the Green Quarter development in Trier. 169 housing units for the elderly target group are planned on the site directly next to the historic Lokrichthalle. Senior housing operator Lively will open its second assisted living location in Trier. 146 apartments for seniors. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
