According to Sabine Müller, CMO of Value One, the "Silver Society" megatrend describes the effects of a fundamental change in the age structure of our society.
Sustainability in senior housing. The market report "Senior Living Austria" published by Silver Living was also presented. According to Marina Woitek, Head of Consulting at Silver Living, there is an additional need for up to 100,000 senior living options throughout Austria by 2030. She also found that too many people currently live in care facilities who would not need this. In assisted living complexes, seniors can be cared for up to care level 3, but also beyond.
