A 133-unit student residence in a former iconic chocolate factory in Nantes? This is the new project that should come out of the ground by the end of 2026 on the island of Nantes thanks to the real estate group Lamotte.

Netherlands, Utrecht: Utrecht and SSH will provide more student rooms

Germany, Homburg: Ferraro is planning 500 apartments and commercial spaces

Located on the banks of the Aulne River, close to a doctor's surgery, an aquatic center and less than 300 meters from the market square, the senior residence will have an area of almost 3,000 m 2 with greenery and parking spaces. The residence will have 62 apartments and 6 pavilions adapted to accommodate seniors. Delivery of the residence is expected in 2025.

Germany, Waldeck: Old elementary school in Sachsenhausen will be demolished for "Project Health" and senior living

The building complex, in which school children were taught for almost 70 years, will be demolished. Apartments for the elderly and a “Health Project” are planned on the 6,000 square meter area. The couple Ralf and Sigrid Wittwer, together with regional partners, are planning the construction of 22 residential units for the elderly and a "health project" with the family doctor's group practice Edersee and other service providers from the health care system under one roof.

France, Loumet: Pamiers. Senior housing: public meeting this Tuesday

A future residence for seniors to be built in Loumet will be unveiled this Tuesday. The residence will see the light of day in three years on the site of the former hospital, which was sold to the Eiffage Group, a European leader in the construction industry, in June 2021. Eiffage plans to invest 20 million euros in the construction of a senior housing residence of 110 apartments, on the land of the former hospital with an area of 7,500 m2. Construction is expected to start in September next year.
