Altera Vastgoed and Wessels Rijssen are starting construction of the apartment complex on Beneluxlaan in Utrecht. The building consists of 78 three-room and 122 two-room apartments.

At the beginning of May, Wohnvoll AG took over a retirement home in Bad Bevensen, Lower Saxony, from the insolvent Convivo Group. In addition to 70 senior-friendly apartments, the house at Amselstieg 17-23 offers service and care services and a restaurant for about 100 residents. The developer, owner and operator of retirement homes from Frankfurt will continue to run the facility under its brand name Wohnvoll Villages.

ADOREA Girona is an apartment complex located in the historic center of Girona, just 10 minutes from the Girona golf course. These residential centers will be located in Lleida, Girona, Vigo and Murcia, adding almost 530 new places for elderly care.
