Germany, Leipzig: Real Blue acquires senior citizens' residential park near Leipzig

Real Blue, the capital management company of Drees & Sommer, has acquired a senior citizens' residential park currently under construction in Großpösna near Leipzig for the open-ended special AIF "Real Blue Senior Living". In the main building there are 43 assisted living apartments, an outpatient assisted living community with 24 places, a day care for 18 guests as well as an outpatient care service and other service areas. In the neighboring building there are another 23 assisted living apartments. Both properties with almost 6,900 m² of rental space will be completed in the third quarter of 2024.
