US, Belmont: BLVD Buys Bay Area Affordable Senior Housing

BLVD Group purchased Bonnie Brae Terrace, a 164-unit affordable senior housing development in Belmont, California. Lesley Senior Communities sold the property for $18 million. BLVD secured a $10.8 million Fannie Mae loan from Newmark, public records show.
