The DPF Group is planning a retirement home in Frankfurt's Westend. A total of 120 apartments and various service and common rooms are to be built on 7,800 m² of net living space. The "Tertianum Premium Suites" is scheduled to open in two years. DPF operates a total of four Tertianum houses in Germany and regularly examines locations for the opening of further retirement homes.
