As a result of the great interest generated by the ‘Senior Living Market Report’ series previously focused on France and Germany, MoZaïC Asset Management, healthcare and senior living real estate specialists, and BONARD, a global market research and advisory firm for rented residential, are pleased to introduce this third study in a series, focusing on the senior living market in the UK.

The report provides a comprehensive insight into the UK senior living market. It focuses on top 20 regions across the country and brings much-needed data and context for the segment facing growing pressure due to limited stock. Data was gathered through a combination of secondary (over 150 sources screened) and primary research (direct outreach to private residences and statistics offices via phone and email).
