The 13‑storey Zev Corvallis' development will provide 262šfurnished apartments near Oregon State University and 4,500 sq ft of retail space. Shared facilities are planned to include study lounges, a fitness centre and a rooftop terrace.
The project will serve both the campus and downtown Corvallis.
Strategic context
The loan extends an existing relationship between Affinius and Fields Holdings. It backs new student accommodation in a university market where the lender identifies growing enrolment and limited comparable supply.
