Provided through Avenue’s Homebuilder Capital Solutions Fund, the capital powers a joint venture between Duffy Property Group and Avenue Capital Group covering both residential housing and purpose‑built student accommodation across Galway and Cork. While this specific partnership supports over 800 units, Duffy maintains a significantly larger development pipeline of approximately 1,500 homes.
The transaction was facilitated by a team of advisors, with Doherty Solicitors acting for Duffy, Arthur Cox representing Avenue, and Forvis Mazars delivering corporate and tax advisory services
