The portfolio will be operated by Evera Living. Omega Healthcare Investors provided a £631.7 million mortgage to a Foundation affiliate, while the transaction adviser reported a separate sale value of £615 million.
Strategic context
Foundation previously developed UK care platforms, including Hartford Care and Select Healthcare. Omega has previously financed care properties in the UK and disclosed the acquisition of six additional care homes in September 2026.
Runwood provides Evera with a substantial operating portfolio from the outset, while Omega's involvement through mortgage financing differs from direct ownership or operation of the care homes.
