The acquired homes are located across Yorkshire and the Humber, the North East, the North West, the East Midlands and Norfolk. Following the acquisition, Strong Life's portfolio now comprises more than 1,500 beds.
Strategic context

For Maria Mallaband, the transaction follows a separate portfolio sale to Highgate, marking another step in the group's portfolio restructuring.
