FOX Living acquired development plot A1 at Fuhsestrasse and Einbecker Strasse in the Weichenviertel district from Lindhorst Group. The proposed scheme covers approximately 11,000 sq m of gross floor area and is intended for students, trainees and young professionals. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2027, with completion targeted for Q3 2028.
Walch, Rittberg und Nagel advised FOX Living on legal matters.
Strategic context
The acquisition advances FOX Living's strategy to build a scalable PBSA platform in selected German university markets. Together with projects in Braunschweig and Osnabrück, the Hanover site takes its disclosed pipeline to approximately 1,000 units, against a medium‑term goal of developing up to 1,000 apartments annually.
The deal also gives Lindhorst a specialist student‑living partner for one component of the broader mixed‑use Weichenviertel district.
