The 72‑bedroom home provides residential, dementia and respite care in Bromsgrove. Hallmark completed the purchase from Tanglewood, renamed the home Hallmark Mount Croft and retained the existing staff. The group is now introducing its all‑inclusive care and hospitality services at the property.
Strategic context
Hallmark is combining acquisitions with new development as it works towards adding 15 homes by 2030. Its current development pipeline also includes the Chigwell project and Melrose Grange in Cardiff, so Mount Croft expands its operational portfolio alongside onging development projects. That mix gives Hallmark an immediate operating exposure in a new market, while its development projects will add further capacity once completed.
