Completed in 2024, the complex at Karl‑Farkas‑Gasse 14 includes 418 furnished student apartments and a separate 48 serviced apartments, alongside offices and commercial space. RPHI says the property was fully occupied when sold through an off‑market share deal.
The student residence offers study and social spaces, a restaurant and a gym close to the Vienna BioCenter and public transport. Groundwater heat pumps and rooftop solar panels support its energy performance, and the complex holds ÖGNI Gold certification.
Strategic context
The acquisition gives the new European Core‑Plus fund an income‑producing foothold in student housing. The separate serviced‑apartment and commercial uses diversify income within the same property.
