The portfolio comprises student residences in Madrid, Granada and Valencia with more than 1,400 beds. Merkel Capital developed the properties and will continue operating them through Vibe Stay, preserving continuity for residents and local teams after the ownership change. The sale follows earlier disposals by Merkel as it recycles capital from completed developments.
