Building A will comprise 89 mid‑market and 34 open‑market rental apartments, plus about 760 sq m of commercial space. The agreement covers only Building A, rather than the wider Zwijsen II scheme.
Strategic context
The Dutch Residential Fund already owns rental homes in Tilburg, including properties at Stadsrand Dalem and Renesselaan. Zwijsen II expands its existing portfolio with a development near Tilburg station, with the majority of homes in the mid‑market rental segment. The high proportion of mid‑market apartments limits the potential to increase rents to open‑market levels, making delivery costs and operating performance key considerations for the investment.
