Uniqhomes spans 26 sites in Yorkshire, the Midlands, northern England and western England. Greykite remains the majority owner, with Alvesta continuing as asset manager.
Strategic context
Greykite has been building the Uniqhomes portfolio since 2024, using off‑market acquisitions to expand its presence across multiple local rental markets. BGO is investing through its secondaries programme, allowing it to gain exposure to an established portfolio without sourcing each property individually.
Most homes had already been completed when BGO invested, but returns still depend on the rental performance of the existing properties and completion of the remaining homes.
