Ravel Residence contains self‑contained student homes and shared facilities. Its current use is expected to continue until 1 July 2027, after which dismantling can begin. DHG and Oudendal are assessing new sites and operators; a new location for the residence has not yet been secured.
Strategic context
The investment focuses on the relocatable buildings rather than the Amsterdam land on which the residence currently stands. DHG and Oudendal previously acquired 92 hectares together in Wassenaar and Katwijk in 2024. Their existing land positions provide options for exploring potential relocation site, but no destination has yet been confirmed for Ravel Residence.
Future income therefore depends on securing a suitable site, planning approvals and an operator.
