The property opened in 2024 and is fully occupied, mainly by young professionals. Residents have access to shared kitchens, lounges, coworking spaces and roof terraces.
Strategic context
This is Genesta's fourth residential investment in 2026, following three Finnish acquisitions, and its second investment in Greater Copenhagen after buying Cirkelhuset in 2022. Mylo adds operational shared‑living property rather than a conventional rental apartment building. Its full occupancy provides an established rental income base, but service costs and tenant turnover remain important factors in determining the property's sustainable net income.
