The package includes a £51 million cornerstone investment and a further £19 million available as the fund grows. FRESH will use forward‑funding and forward‑commitment agreements to acquire new rental homes.
Strategic context
Fiera and Packaged Living established FRESH in August 2026, building on their existing UK rental‑housing development platform.
The new commitment provides a public‑sector anchor alongside institutional capital, increasing the fund's ability to enter into agreements with housebuilders. Its £1 billion portfolio target remains a long‑term goal rather than capital already deployed.
