The venture acquired a 987‑year leasehold interest in the completed Kensington block. It will generate rental income while also pursuing individual apartment sales, rather than retain all apartments exclusively for rental use.
Strategic context
Native Land established a presence in Hong Kong and New York earlier in 2026 to build relationships with international venture partners. This agreement builds on those efforts through a new residential investment venture in prime central London.
Eliot House was completed in 2023, so the investment focuses on property management, letting and potential unit sales rather than development.
