Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland would first be converted into a contractual property fund before merging into Patrimonium's listed fund. Both steps require FINMA approval, while the conversion also requires shareholder approval.
Strategic context
The proposal follows Patrimonium Holding's acquisition of Sustainable Real Estate AG on 10July 2026. The proposed merger represents a further step in integrating the two businesses, that would expand the listed fund's presence in German‑speaking Switzerland.
The expected operational savings have yet to be realised and remain subject to management's projections.
