The municipal plot of land will be combined with the previously acquired KPN site beside Verrijn Stuartweg metro station. The planned homes will include social, mid‑market and free‑market rental housing.
VOF Hofblok Diemen is the joint development venture between Synchroon and Slokker Vastgoed.
Strategic context
The partners acquired the neighbouring KPN site in 2025 and agreed a development framework with Diemen that October. The municipal land contract brings the partners closer to assembling the land needed for a larger rental development beside the metro station. Its proposed mix of social, mid‑market and free‑market rents provides exposure to different tenant groups and rent regulations.
