Septeo acquired Adresio, a French software provider specialising in student‑accommodation management.
Adresio brings more than 20 years of experience across administrative, rental, accounting and regulatory processes. Combined with Septeo's Resalys product, the platform is used by more than 150 residences managing 30,000 student accommodation units in France and elsewhere in Europe.
The transaction concerns the operating software platform and does not transfer the underlying residences.
Strategic context
The acquisition strengthens Septeo Hospitality's position in specialist accommodation software and adds a larger installed base for payments, business intelligence, automation, CRM and AI‑led services. It also gives student‑housing operators a broader system for standardising processes as their portfolios expand across markets.
