The session, held in person in Paris, France, was open by BONARD’s CEO Samuel Vetrak who shared the latest market data and insights into occupancies, rent levels, provision rate, pipeline, transactions, yields, portfolios and other key PBSA metrics.
Samuel was further joined by industry experts Esteve Almirall (Managing Director Iberia at Node), Francois Roth (Co-Founder at Colonies) and Peter Noack (Managing Director at Zeitgeist Asset Management) who shared their views on the industry’s recent developments as well as future outlook.
